About Brent Mayberry
Brent built his practice around a simple model: represent individuals, handle their cases directly, and earn trust over time. After more than four decades practicing on the plaintiff's side in northeast Missouri and California, he now works from Culver City alongside Quinn Mayberry on personal injury, Social Security disability, and civil litigation matters.
Four decades on the plaintiff's side
For most of his career, Brent has represented individuals — injury victims, disability claimants, and working families. Over more than forty years of practice, he has handled cases through every stage, from demand letters to the courtroom. What that experience means for clients today is simple: there is very little an insurance company or opposing counsel can do that Brent hasn't seen before.
From Kirksville to Culver City
In a small town, a lawyer's reputation is the whole practice. Brent built his in northeast Missouri, where clients came back to him for decades and sent their children to him when they needed help of their own. When Quinn graduated from Harvard Law School, father and son brought that model to Los Angeles: a firm built around direct attorney involvement, clear communication, and thoughtful referrals when another lawyer is better positioned to help.
